*Prices in bond* This cuvee spends 12 months in oak and then three and a half months on its fine lees in tank. The aromatics show a dusty limestone minerality with pithy green pear, hints of buttered white toast and yellow grapefruit confit. A very complete wine, full on the entry but with a plush, pithy, saline white citrus and spicy Poire William pear phenolics on the long finish. Score: 91-93 Greg Sherwood
